Dawn Bird


Dawn Bird began her career as the Producer of an adolescent television show called “Teen Zone” through Shaw cable, which eventually led her into taking on the Associate Producer role of the Feature Film “Light the Flambeau,” (
Shortly thereafter, she produced the comedic web series “Over the Fence,” which inspired her to develop her own production company B.E.ZEE Productions in March of 2009.
Dawn’s first feature film (under her own company) “Bread Thieves won the Rising Star Award at The Canadian International Film Festival in 2014. During this time, Dawn wrote & produced a short Film entitled “Dressed to Impress,” which became a finalist in an Actra diversity competition and was soon shown at the Yorkton Film Festival in Saskatchewan.
When Dawn’s not busy making films, she produces training videos for organizations such as Realm, The Canadian 5 Pin Bowler’s Association and The Saskatchewan Police College.
Most recently, Dawn produced a number of SUN (Saskatchewan Union of Nurses) commercials and was working as the Associate Producer
on the reality TV series Nordic Lodge.
