Anjana is a retired accountant by trade, however, working behind the scenes to promote Saskatchewan’s film industry is where her true passion lies. Anjana’s interest in the film industry was sparked by her son, who completed his degree in film. Anjana Believes that Saskatchewan has the potential and talent to promote and host film festivals at the same level as larger metropolitan cities.Anjana worked for the Federal Government for 36years and the last 20 years were at Health Canada as the Director of Finance. Anjana served on The Big Brothers Board and on the Regina Immigrant Women’s Centre(RIWC) board as the Treasurer and the Chairperson for two consecutive years on RIWC. Currently, Anjana serves as the Treasurer on Cultural Connections Regina board and RIFFA board.
