Malileh Noghrehkar
During her time at Vancouver Film School, Malileh shot “Our Garden Was Green”in a single day. This film won her international awards and also became a staple example in classes, celebrated for its creativity and touching story.
After completing her studies, Malileh returned to Iran and founded “Aleph Mim Creative House” a boutique creative studio in Tehran. The studio quickly gained a reputation for being one of the most successful creative studios in the country, attracting a prestigious clientele. Their innovative approach and dedication to excellence set them apart in the competitive market.
One of the studio’s notable projects is a documentary series on the Persian carpet-making process. This series has deeply resonated with audiences, showcasing the intricate craftsmanship and cultural significance of Persian carpets. The series has been praised for its emotional depth and artistic vision.
Enjoying a life dedicated to creating beauty and telling meaningful stories, Malileh is currently working on an ambitious documentary project that explores the intersection of Iranian healing traditions and Sufism. This project aims to blend ancient culture and traditions with Persian poetry and rituals and ceremonies of southern Iranian villages. Through this documentary, she hopes to offer viewers a fresh perspective on healing and spirituality, enriching their understanding of the eastern side of the world and more importantly their own souls.
