Through the reconstruction of memory and reinterpretation of the classical ballet "Giselle," Diana develops a message of solidarity with Bolivian peasants of the North Potosí, thereby illuminating the impact of racism in a postcolonial global society and mending her own connection with her lineage and personal identity.

In Saskatoon, a young man Delano Kennedy, works for the Okihtcitawak Patrol Group. A grassroots organization that was created to protect the disenfranchised areas of the West Side. Chokecherry Studios youth and filmmaker Tristin follow Delano on his daily routines and to understand the struggles of marginalized, mostly Indigenous people, who live in the core neighbourhoods.

Navalik Tologanak, journalist and emerging filmmaker shares her experience as a residential school survivor. Silent Cries (Kiayunik Tuhanak) documents the private meeting between Pope Francis and Inuit survivors on their land in July 2022. As a respected Elder, Navalik weaves her personal story into the narrative to bring an intimate perspective to a historic event and what followed.
