The Locust (Malakh)
Hanieh, a 40-year-old struggling filmmaker, is facing eviction. Despite her efforts to bring her semi-autobiographical script to life, she has been unsuccessful. In a desperate attempt to see her vision realized, she sells the script to her girlfriend. However, during a reading rehearsal, Hanieh becomes enraged when the other participants harshly judge the main character, who is based on herself.
